FutureTech Electricals has been building control panels in Sanjay Colony, Faridabad since 2012, and special purpose machines, hydraulics and solar plants for most of the years since. This page is about the company and, more usefully, about the person who answers the phone when something needs sorting out.
FutureTech Electricals started in 2012 as a control panel manufacturer. Customers who trusted us with the panel began asking who was building the machine the panel controlled — so we built the machine. Then they asked about the hydraulic power pack driving it, so we built that too. Then the programming. Then, when factories started chasing their electricity bills, the solar.
Nothing about that sequence was a business plan. Each step was a response to the same recurring problem: on a project split between three suppliers, the gaps between them are where the delays live, and the customer pays for those gaps in lost production. Today the design, fabrication, panel wiring, hydraulic assembly, PLC and SCADA programming and the testing all happen in one building in Faridabad — which is the whole reason our machines get signed off on time.

Most manufacturing firms are led by someone strong in one discipline who buys in the rest. FutureTech is not, and that is the single most useful thing to know before you place an order with us.

That order matters, because the engineering he had already done was the hands-on kind: CNC turning, boring and grooving, writing Fanuc G-code, setting tools and holding tolerances on real production parts where a mistake is scrap, not a red mark.
From there the span widened, one discipline at a time, and each one was learned by doing the work rather than by managing someone who did it. Machine design in NX and AutoCAD. Electrical control panels, from a simple DOL starter through MCC and PCC assemblies to a four-revision control scheme for a 2000 A air circuit breaker. PLC logic, HMI screens and SCADA with force-displacement graphing and serial-level traceability. Hydraulic circuits and power packs. And, unusually for an engineer, the commercial half too — costing, accounting, production planning and running a workshop that has to make payroll.
Ask most machine builders about the control panel and they refer you to a subcontractor. Ask most panel builders about the PLC program and they refer you to a programmer. Ask most of both about what the machine will cost to run and what the part costs to make, and the conversation stops. Here it is one person’s working knowledge from end to end — which is why a FutureTech quotation comes with a drawing, why the sequence is designed alongside the mechanics, and why nobody points at anybody else on day four of commissioning.

We would rather show the workshop than describe it.
