A power pack is a pump, a motor, a tank and some valves. Getting it right is about the duty cycle: how often, how hard, how hot. Undersize the tank and the oil cooks. Oversize the pump and you pay for energy you throw across a relief valve. We size it from what the machine actually does.
Because we build control panels in the same workshop, the solenoid valves, pressure switches and the PLC that sequences them all come from one team. There is no gap between the hydraulic supplier and the panel supplier for a fault to hide in.
Bore, stroke and pressure to suit the job, supplied with the power pack and the control if you want the whole thing as one package.
| Tank | Sized to duty cycle and cooling |
| Pump | Gear or vane, sized to flow and pressure |
| Valves | Directional, relief, flow control |
| Instrumentation | Pressure gauge, level and temperature |
| Control | Solenoid valves sequenced by PLC |
| Cylinders | Bore, stroke and pressure to suit |
Yes. That is how we prefer to do it — one supplier for the hydraulics, the cylinders and the electrical control means one person to call when something needs attention.
Yes, for units in Faridabad and Delhi NCR.
Send us a load list, a single line diagram, or just describe the machine. We reply the same day.
