If you have a programmer, buy the PLC from us at trade terms and we stay out of your way. If you do not, the hardware alone is the cheap half of the problem — a machine stops for the logic, not the box.
We write ladder against your I/O list and cycle description: interlocks, recipe handling, alarm logging, cycle counters and safety chains, with the HMI screens drawn so an operator can run it without a manual. For machine builders we do this under NDA and hand over the source, because you should own your own machine.
