We build control panels, SPM machines and hydraulic power packs for a living — which is exactly why we can repair the ones other people built. Panels of every application, special purpose machines, presses, testing rigs and power packs of any make and any age: repaired on site where possible, in our Faridabad workshop where not. Usually with no drawing to go on, because there never is one.
What we are called out for: PLC panel repair, VFD panel repair, MCC panel repair, APFC panel repair and electrical panel repair service; control panel AMC and electrical panel AMC; panel retrofitting, panel upgradation and panel modernization, including PLC control panel design where the old logic is past saving.
On the machine side: machine repair service and machinery maintenance, machine preventive maintenance and AMC for machines of any make — injection molding and moulding machine maintenance, welding machine maintenance, laser cutting machine maintenance, SPM and CNC machine panel repair. On the hydraulic side: hydraulic machine repair, hydraulic press machine repair, hydraulic power pack repair, hydraulic power pack service and hydraulic power pack maintenance.
Free site visit and quotation across Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Palwal, Gurugram, Delhi NCR, Noida, Ghaziabad and Manesar. Looking for a control panel repair service near you? Call +91 90154 04168 — same-day site visit where possible.
Every breakdown call is assessed by a B.Tech engineer (Electrical & Electronics and Mechanical) with 14+ years on panels, SPM machines and hydraulics — not forwarded to a technician who has never seen your machine type.

Send the fault on WhatsApp — a photo of the panel or machine, a video of what it does when you try to start it, and what it feeds. We will tell you honestly whether it sounds like a site job or a workshop job, and how soon we can attend. Faridabad and nearby NCR is usually same day.
We repair three families of equipment, and because we manufacture all three, the diagnosis comes from people who have built the thing they are looking at:
MCC panel repair, PCC and APFC panel repair, electrical panel repair of every description — and if you found this page by searching panel repair near me from a plant in Faridabad or NCR, you are in the right place. Panels built around MCC and PCC gear, APFC and capacitor stages, PLCs, VFDs, LT distribution, DG synchronizing and changeover schemes. If it has a busbar, a contactor or a controller in it, we have opened one like it.
Every industry has its own panels, wired to logic only that industry understands. We repair them all — and where the logic has been lost, we recover it from the machine itself:
If yours is not on the list, that only means the list ran out of room — send a photo anyway.
Machine repair and maintenance is the other half of the workshop. We manufacture special purpose machines — presses, drilling and tapping SPMs, leak testing machines — so machine electrical repair on equipment of any make comes naturally: SPM machine panel repair, jammed cycles, lost interlocks, sensor and solenoid faults, PLC program recovery, pneumatic and hydraulic circuit faults. The same goes for injection molding machine repair, welding machine and laser cutting machine electricals, and hydraulic machine repair generally — hydraulic press repair and press machine repair are among our commonest calls, because a press that stops mid-shift stops everything behind it.
On hydraulic power packs we repair the electricals and the hydraulics both: pumps, relief and direction valves, seals, hoses, overheating and pressure-drop complaints, along with the motor starter and control circuit that runs it all. Hydraulic power pack service — oil, filters, tightness and pressure setting — is available as a scheduled visit, not only as a breakdown call.
What we do not do, in plain words: we do not repair VFD drives at card level, and we do not rewind motors. If a drive or a motor is genuinely dead we say so and replace it — correctly sized, correctly parameterised, inside the same panel. Saying this up front saves everyone a wasted phone call, and it is why the diagnosis you get from us is straight.
A repair puts today's fault right. But if the panel or machine is failing every few weeks — obsolete devices, brittle cable, a relay circuit nobody can follow — the honest answer may be panel retrofitting — panel upgradation and modernization of the contents — or machine retrofitting: keep the structure, replace the contents once, and stop paying for breakdowns in lost production. We will tell you which side of that line you are on after the first visit, with reasons.
Most equipment we repair has no accurate drawing — either none was made, or twenty years of modifications happened on top of it. So while it is open we mark what we find, and after the repair you get an as-built record of the circuit we worked on. The next fault then takes minutes to trace instead of hours.
For plants that would rather not meet us at midnight, we work as an electrical maintenance company on contract: electrical AMC covering plant electrical maintenance and factory electrical maintenance — panels, distribution, motors' control gear and cabling — and AMC for machines covering industrial machine maintenance on your SPMs, presses and power packs. Each is a machine maintenance service built on machine preventive maintenance, not just attendance: scheduled visits with tightness checks, cleaning, testing and a written condition report, scoped to your actual panel and machine list rather than a standard menu.
Panel AMC on its own is also available — control panel AMC or electrical panel AMC for a lineup you want inspected on a calendar. Industrial electrical maintenance done on a schedule costs a fraction of what one unplanned stoppage does; that arithmetic is the whole sales pitch, and it is yours to check. Ask for electrical maintenance services in your enquiry and we will put a proposal against your equipment list.
The order matters: diagnosis before parts, cause before symptom. Swapping components on guesswork is how a one-day fault becomes a one-week fault.
Photo and video on WhatsApp. We will say honestly whether it sounds like a site job or a workshop job, and when we can attend.
Meter, megger, pressure gauge and the circuit itself. We look for the cause, not just the burnt part — a welded contactor usually has a reason.
Parts and labour, itemised, before anything is replaced. No discoveries on the invoice.
Contactors, relays, MPCBs, valves, seals, sensors and terminals replaced with current, supported equivalents — not whatever was lying about.
Function tested and run under load before we leave. A machine that works empty and fails under load has not been repaired.
The circuit we worked on, marked and documented, so the next fault is traced in minutes.
From our Faridabad workshop and customer sites — the same hands that build these repair them. More in the media gallery.

Site where the equipment can be worked on safely with the plant isolated; our Faridabad workshop where it cannot, or where the fault is intermittent and needs bench time.
| Equipment | Typical faults we see | Usually repaired |
|---|---|---|
| MCC / PCC panels | Contactor and overload failures, burnt terminals, loose busbar joints | On site |
| APFC panels | Failed capacitor stages, contactor welding, relay misbehaviour | On site |
| PLC panels | I/O faults, supply problems, wiring damage, lost programs | Site or workshop |
| VFD panels | Trips, parameter faults, cooling problems, supply-side issues; dead drives replaced and parameterised | Site or workshop |
| Application panels | Crane, compressor, cooling tower, ETP/STP, boiler, conveyor and forty more — logic recovery included | On site |
| AHU / HVAC / lift / DG panels | Sensor and interlock faults, controller faults, synchronizing and changeover failures | On site |
| SPM & machine panels | Stuck cycles, lost interlocks, sensor, solenoid and program faults on presses, drilling, tapping and testing machines of any make | Site or workshop |
| Hydraulic power packs | Overheating, pressure drop, valve, seal and pump faults, plus the starter and control circuit | Site or workshop |
| Distribution boards | Overheating, tripping, water and rodent damage | On site |
We attend Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Palwal and nearby Delhi NCR — Gurugram, Manesar, Noida, Ghaziabad, Bhiwadi — with our own engineers. Faridabad and close by is usually same day; further out we commit a time when you send the fault, and we keep to it. For workshop jobs, the panel, the chassis plate or the power pack comes to Sector 23 and goes back tested.
Spares are the usual delay in this trade, so we hold the common ones — contactors, overloads, MPCBs, relays, timers, terminals, valves and seals in the sizes that fail most often. What we do not hold, Faridabad's electrical and hydraulic market usually does, the same day.
Yes — any make, any age. Most of what we repair was built by someone else, often with no drawing left behind. We trace the circuit, fix the fault and hand back a marked-up record of what we found.
Faridabad and nearby NCR is usually same day. Send the fault on WhatsApp with a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it is a site job or a workshop job, and commit an attendance time.
All of them — MCC, PCC, APFC, LT distribution, PLC, VFD, AHU, lift, DG and fire pump panels, plus application panels of every kind: crane, compressor, cooling tower, chiller, boiler, furnace, conveyor, batching plant, extruder, moulding machine, ETP, STP, RO plant, pump, blower, packaging, printing, textile and food processing panels among others.
Yes. We manufacture both, so breakdowns of any make come naturally — stuck cycles, lost interlocks, sensor, solenoid and program faults on machines, and pump, valve, seal, overheating and pressure faults on power packs, along with the panels that run them.
No, and we say it up front: no card-level drive repair and no motor rewinding. We repair the panel and machine around them — and a good share of “dead” drives turn out to be a parameter, cooling or supply fault, which we do fix. A genuinely dead drive or motor is replaced, sized and parameterised correctly.
That is the normal situation, not a problem. We work out what is connected during diagnosis and you get an as-built record of the repaired circuit afterwards, so the next fault takes minutes to trace instead of hours.
Yes — on the work done and on the parts we supply. The period depends on the job and is written on the invoice, so there is no argument later.
Often, yes. If equipment fails repeatedly, we will tell you whether the answer is a repair, a retrofit of the contents, or an annual maintenance contract with scheduled visits — and we will give reasons, because each costs a different amount. Moulding machine maintenance, press maintenance and panel AMC are the contracts we are asked for most.
A photo and a line about what it does — that is enough to start. We come back with a diagnosis plan, an attendance time and a price.
