PLC panels for multi-motor sequencing — up to fifty forward and reverse feeders, each contactor labelled by the motor it drives, every wire ferruled to the drawing.

Our largest PLC panels carry around fifty forward-reverse contactor pairs on a single backplate, driven by a PLC through relay interface cards. That is a lot of wire in a small box. The only thing that makes it maintainable is discipline: ferrules that match the drawing, contactors labelled K1 FORWARD and K2 REVERSE rather than by position, and terminal strips on the door numbered to the field cable schedule.
We work with Siemens, Delta and ABB PLCs and Delta HMIs. Logic is written to your sequence — interlocks, safety circuits, recipe storage where needed. Operator controls are laid out to match how the machine is actually run, not how the drawing office imagined it.
Because we also build special purpose machines, we are used to writing the logic for a machine we built ourselves. If your machine came from someone else, send the sequence and we will work to it.
| PLC brands | Siemens, Delta, ABB |
| HMI | Delta touch HMI |
| Feeders | Up to 50 forward/reverse pairs |
| Interface | Relay cards, isolated I/O |
| Wiring | Ferruled, numbered to drawing |
| Safety | E-stop, interlocks, safety relays |
Yes. Send us the machine sequence or the process description and we develop the logic, test it on the panel, and load it at site during commissioning.
Often yes. We survey the panel, map the existing I/O, and quote a retrofit. Sometimes a new backplate is cheaper than untangling twenty years of additions.
Send us a load list, a single line diagram, or just describe the machine. We reply the same day.
