Voltage swinging between 330 and 470 volts is normal in many Indian industrial areas. Your drives, PLCs and CNC controls are not built for that. A servo stabilizer holds the output steady so the expensive electronics downstream stop dying quietly.
A stabilizer sold at half its stated rating will overheat on the day you need it. Ours are wound with pure copper and rated honestly. Dimmer type and linear type both available.
Three-phase loads in a real factory are rarely balanced. We build stabilizers that correct each phase independently rather than averaging and hoping.
| Input range | 330 to 470V |
| Type | Dimmer and linear |
| Winding | Pure electrolytic copper |
| Rating | Full rated, not derated |
| Loads | Balanced and unbalanced |
| Cooling | Oil cooled / air cooled to suit |
Size it to your connected load with headroom for starting currents, not to the average running load. Send us your load list and we will size it properly.
A stabilizer corrects voltage; it does not cover a power cut. If you need ride-through during an outage you need a UPS or DG as well. Most plants need both, doing different jobs.
Send us a load list, a single line diagram, or just describe the machine. We reply the same day.
