Motor control centres built to your single line diagram — ACB or MCCB incomer, busbar chamber, and DOL, star-delta or VFD starter feeders. Every wire ferruled to the drawing, every feeder labelled by the motor it drives.

An MCC is the panel your entire shop floor hangs off. When a motor trips at 2 AM, someone has to open that door and find the right feeder in under a minute. That is the job. Everything else — the paint, the price, the delivery date — is secondary to whether a maintenance engineer can read the panel three years after we left.
We start with the load list and draw a GA on AutoCAD: busbar chamber, cable alleys, feeder ratings, cutout positions. Breakers and cables are sized to your actual connected load, not copied from the last job. The panel is fabricated in-house, wired with numbered ferrules matched to the drawing, load tested in our workshop, and shipped with the as-built drawing in the door pocket.
Automotive, rubber and general engineering plants across Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Manesar and Bhiwadi. Most of that work came from plants that were let down once by a panel that failed in its first summer.
| Incomer | ACB or MCCB, up to 630A |
| Busbar | Copper, insulated chamber |
| Starter types | DOL, star-delta, VFD, soft starter |
| Components | Siemens, ABB, Schneider, L&T |
| Wiring | Numbered ferrules to drawing |
| Testing | Load tested before dispatch |
| Handover | As-built GA drawing |
A PCC distributes incoming power to major feeders. An MCC starts and protects individual motors — it holds the starters, overload relays and interlocks. Most plants need both, and we build them as a matched pair off one busbar.
Typically three to five weeks from drawing approval, depending on feeder count and component availability. We share the GA drawing for your approval before we cut a single sheet.
Yes. Every panel ships with an as-built GA drawing carrying the job number and revision. Without it, the panel is a black box for whoever maintains it.
Send us a load list, a single line diagram, or just describe the machine. We reply the same day.
