A lift panel has a harder job than most industrial panels: it carries people, it must obey a safety chain that cannot be argued with, and its ride quality is judged by every passenger every day. We build elevator control panels in Faridabad with VVVF drives, proper call logic and ARD rescue — wired and tested before they leave.
A lift control panel — elevator controller — takes calls from landings and from inside the car, decides the order to serve them, drives the motor through acceleration and deceleration, levels the car at the floor, and opens the doors. Underneath all of that sits a safety chain that must be able to stop the lift regardless of what the logic thinks.
That last point is what separates lift panels from every other industrial panel we build. Elsewhere, a fault means a stopped machine. Here it means people in a box between floors. So the safety chain is hard-wired in series through every device — governor, overspeed, final limits, pit and car top stops, door contacts, safety gear — and the drive cannot energise if any one of them opens. No software decides that.
Ride quality is a control problem, not a mechanical one. Passengers do not know what a VVVF drive is, but they know a lift that jerks on start and lands with a bump, and they judge the whole building by it.
Passenger lifts in residential and commercial buildings, hospital and stretcher lifts, goods and freight lifts, dumbwaiters and service lifts, and industrial platform lifts. We build panels for new installations and as replacements where an existing controller has become obsolete and unsupportable — the lift equivalent of the CNC retrofits we do for machine tools.
In a building, the lift panel usually sits alongside a fire fighting panel whose signal it must obey, an LT distribution board, and often a car parking control panel in the basement.

Many lifts in Delhi NCR are mechanically sound but running on controllers nobody supports any more — relay logic, or an early drive whose spares no longer exist. Replacing the controller and drive while keeping the machine, ropes and guides restores ride quality and reliability for far less than a full modernisation.
We survey the installation first, list what is reusable and what is not, and give you a written scope. Where the machine or the safety gear is beyond its life, we say so — a modern controller on unsafe mechanics is not something we will build.
Because a lift carries people. A hard-wired series chain through every safety device means the drive cannot energise if any contact opens, regardless of what the logic believes or whether the processor is healthy. Software supervises the lift; it does not decide whether it is safe.
An automatic rescue device moves the car to the nearest floor on battery after a power failure and opens the doors. Given how power behaves in most of India, we treat it as standard rather than optional.
Levelling. It usually means position feedback or the levelling parameters are not compensating for load and rope stretch. A properly set VVVF controller with encoder feedback lands flush whether the car is empty or full.
