We run your sample piece first, time the cycle honestly, and fix a per-piece rate you can put in your costing — no surprises after the first lot. For steady monthly volumes the per-piece rate comes down with cycle optimisation, because a faster program is money in both our pockets.
The machines are run by people who did CNC production for automotive suppliers — Fanuc G-code written in-house, tooling ground to the part, first-piece approval against the drawing before the lot starts. Two machines means your delivery does not stop when one is loaded. And we are in Sector 23, Faridabad — you can walk in, see your part running, and carry the lot back the same day.
